Terra Dotta, the leader in higher education travel, study abroad and international program management solutions, today announced the latest version of its award-winning suite of solutions for study abroad, delivering a modern, intuitive applicant experience that automates all facets of study abroad program management. Powerful analytics underpin a refreshed user interface, along with new workflows and an admin console, that will help Terra Dotta’s higher education study abroad clients of all sizes operate more efficiently and cohesively.

"As colleges and universities navigate the next steps of education abroad programming, particularly with COVID-19 safety impacts in mind, there is no better time to ensure the right foundations are in place to fully serve students and faculty,” said Anthony Rotoli, CEO of Terra Dotta. “Honoring our unwavering commitment to higher ed institutions for the last 20 years, Terra Dotta is proud to continue investing in full-featured, innovative solutions to help study abroad professionals deliver world-class programs across the globe."

This is the latest update to Terra Dotta’s enterprise-grade solutions that manage the outbound traveler experience, including Study Abroad, Travel Registry, AlertTraveler® and Agreements. A foundational new feature is the analytics capability, which provides a new reporting infrastructure to the full Terra Dotta suite. Allowing institutions to create visually impactful charts representing applicant and program data, administrators can access and share historical enrollment numbers for various programs. The new analytics are available across all Terra Dotta offerings and include enhanced visualizations, enterprise-wide sharing capabilities and reporting flexibility that meets a wide range of requirements.

Other features include an intuitive rules-based approach to application requirements, ensuring students are presented with the right forms and checklists depending on the student’s profile, where and what they are studying, and other individual factors. The release also includes an intuitive administrative console for easily finding and processing applications, deploying the application process and improving the student application template.

Offering an easy quick-start option for study abroad offices of any size, Terra Dotta has introduced a new professional services offering to rapidly launch customers into the suite of solutions, including assistance with setting up workflows and program catalogs and ongoing administrative support.
